Core Values are extremely important to the culture at ONE Gas. To help leadership convey the core values to their direct-reports, they were given a complete Core Values Leadership Pack. I designed all elements including the centerpiece flip booklet with tips and advice on implementing the values, a set of “Kudos Kards” for managers to give to employees displaying those values, and the backpack to keep core values materials in. I also designed the core values challenge coin given to every team member.
